Tia Sutton, M.D.General Surgery, Community Practice Surgical Oncology
Dr. Tia Sutton, M.D., is a fellowship-trained surgical oncologist at the NeuroSpine Institute, providing advanced surgical care with an emphasis on precision, evidence-based treatment, and individualized patient care. She completed her Community Surgical Oncology Fellowship at City of Hope Cancer Center following her general surgery residency at East Carolina University Health Systems. Dr. Sutton earned her medical degree from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine.
Dr. Sutton brings an extensive academic and research background spanning surgical oncology, colorectal and pancreatic cancer, thoracic surgery, and vascular surgery. Her work has appeared in leading peer-reviewed journals, and her commitment to surgical excellence has earned recognition including Surgical Oncology Outstanding Resident of the Year, Vascular Surgery Outstanding Resident of the Year, and a first-place Surgical Skills Award.
