I just want to give a huge thank you to Dr. Shafa and the gracious medical staff at Neurospine Institute. I had so much fear coming into this office because of my prior experiences elsewhere and even though our interactions were brief he restored my faith in doctors. My concerns were listened to, addressed, and evaluated. I still have some healing to go, but his unprecedented support and encouragement have given me hope back that I thought was lost. I don't remember all the names of the staff I encountered, but every single person I encountered who worked here was pleasant and helpful. Thank you all and God bless you all.
